They were made with cheap thin paper with no reinforcement. They are too flimsy to be used as a box bottom folder. I replaced them with Pendaflex brand which I had not seen when I bought the Tru-Red. They are are much better quality.

We have no problem wth orders or products but don't seem to get our account manager (Phil Bissett) to respond to us. We have been trying to find out if the rewards offer we recently received in the mail (Staples Plus) is a better deal or do we already have an equivalent rewards program?

There are no tabs included with these folders. What a rip off. I've been buying hanging folders for many years and have NEVER had to buy the tabs separately. I'm glad Staples doesn't sell shoes I would have to buy the shoelaces separately.
