Great quality but reassembled in Mexico

Great cartridge at a good price but two issues: one is that unlike Cannon there is no label or instructions for returning it which does not encourage actually recycling. Two it is reassembled in Mexico. What is the point of saving manufacturing consumables if you are going to add extra pollutants in transporting items thousands of miles? Overall a misleading product...
