I bought the black toner cartridge as a spare cartridge and it will be about a year before I even open it up let alone use it. so ask for a review in a year or so.

We bought the remanufactured laser toner thinking it would be just as good as the new laser toner. We received less than 50 copies before the cartridge ran out of toner. I tried shaking it cleaning the glass as suggested and even tried turning the toner over. No luck it was empty and we were out over $100!! I looked and looked for a place to contact Staples and complain but couldn’t find one anywhere on their internet site. Never again! And we are very disappointed in Staples.
