Most k cups are carb free per the direction directly from keurig—this on actually has 12 total carbs—the nutritional label is not showing in the pic unless you click into 2 drop down menus. It tastes AMAZING and needs no creamer or additives but if you are on a special way of eating be aware

THE MOCA LATTE IS VERY SMOOTH AND TASTE GREAT AFTER HAVING ABOUT THREE CUPS OF REGULAR COFFEE IN THE MORNING. ONE STEP MAKES IT ALOT BETTER.

I haven't had a good track record with flavored coffees, they tend to be a let down in flavor. But this tastes EXACTLY like a mocha latte - if you don't like this then you just don't like mocha lattes.
