For our BSA Troop I mail over 60 letters that are commendation requests for our Eagle Scouts. These envelopes run well through my InkJet printer. I must manually stuff the envelopes but they have a secure seal.

Fast convenient

I've been using these for several years to mail a bulk of 200 newsletters 6 times a year. They are easy and quick but the glue strip is getting narrower and narrower with each box I buy. I am concerned that there won't be enough glue to withstand the abuse of postal processing equipment.

Our family uses these envelopes for writing letters of encouragement to people and it’s important that we use EasyClose envelopes rather than the non-self-adhesive kind. Standard business envelopes they are adequate in that no security feature is necessary (our mailings do not require this). We like the fact that they are sturdy enough to hold several document sheets and feature the EasyClose self-adhesive strip which makes sealing the envelopes a breeze. Also nice that the 500 count carton lasts a good several months if our mailing work is busy during the winter months. Would recommend and will continue to use these until something better/more cost effective comes along.
