I use 100 envelopes a month for my Ladies Club's "Monthly Letter." These envelopes make the monthly mailings much easier. However it's hard on our annual budget and wish the envelopes were less expensive.

Slightly too small?

The envelopes were similar to usual...we use a box of 500 every month...BUT it seemed that they were slightly too small and it was a bit more difficult than usual to get a 5 page newsletter in each envelope. Interesting.

We use the product in our continuing professional education program where each participant is given a package of evaluation materials to complete. We add on a blank envelope which they have to address so that we can send them their Certificate of CEU Credits. In this manner we do not have to address the envelopes in our office since the participants have addressed themn. Also the envelopes are easily sealed.

I use the envelopes to send several hundred news letters out each month. Never have had a defective envelope. It does its job!!!

Friendly staff. I'll be sure to use staples for my future copy jobs. Here's what I like best. I had ordered 750 copies of a letter. Unfortunately there was a typo and so I had to order the job again (my fault). However the staff made things much easier for me by offering to shred the "bad" letters at no extra cost. I was grateful for that because my little shredder at home could not do the job.
