I've used QuickStrip envelopes before with good results. However this time it was a pain having to use them. Each month I mail about 90-100 newsletters to members of a Live Steam Railroad operation here in Medford OR. I had all the envelopes ready with printed labels and postage waiting only for me to print and stuff the newsletters in the envelopes. When I tried pulling the strip it would not fully remove cleanly on nearly every envelope. Trying to pick torn strips off the stickly glue was very very frustrating. I purchased these self adhesive envelopes to save time but it actually took me three times longer to seal these envelopes than if I had to lick them myself. I had never had this problem before. In fact I've never had a problem with any Staples item before this. The next month the results were a little better with the same box of envelopes. Perhaps I was being more careful as I slowly pulled the strips but there were many that still tore apart and required me to take the time to pick the area clean so I could seal the envelope. It still took me much longer to do the work than normal.

This is the second box of these envelopes that I have purchased. I really like the ease of use. I do mass mailings as a Realtor and have the peel and stick close saves me a lot of time and mess. I highly recommend these for anyone who does a lot of mailing.
