I ordered the wrong thing

There was nothing wrong with this product. There were issues with the delivery; it took a long time to get to me a lot of mistakes were made in that process. I quickly determined that these were not security envelopes so I had to return the product to exchange them for a security tint. That was completely my mistake ordering the wrong thing.
