I bought this easel to display a poster. It was not difficult to setup but it was very flimsy and too light weight. Returned it for a sturdier easel.

Incredibly flimsy - Intended for the most LightWeight use. Truely only "display only". If you need something to work with For instance to place a board on to write on for group projects this is not the easel for you. It is very compact though it's magnetic and folds up to a very light small compact travel size roughly the size of a bottle of wine.
