I have been quite pleased with this coffee when I want a decaf alternative to regular. It has a rich, dark roast flavor that matches what you would get in a dark roast caffinated coffee. Holds up well to cream and sweetener.

I'm glad I only bought the sample this was the best pick I want too know from because its way too bitter ended up throwing away my samples and spilling out the coffee

Get your act together

I have had no opportunity yet to try this product; therefore this is not a review of the coffee itself but of the ineptitude of the individuals responsible for inventory accuracy, website accurracy and customer notifications. I tried last week to order this coffee based on its excellent reviews. The coffee was out of stock and I requested an email alert when it was back in stock. Naturally the day AFTER I purchased a large coffee order with the benefit of free shipping, I received an email that the Barista was back in stock. I tried for 24 hours to order it and each time ran into the same old "Out of Stock" message. Finally in frustration I called a Customer Service Rep who was very polite and helpful but had the same experience. She told me that the only thing she could think of to explain the issue was the possibility that the new inventory had arrived but was still in the warehouse and the email had been sent to me before anyone actually updated the inventory in the computer system. She suggested that I try again in 24 hrs and she sent me an online coupon as an apology for the problem. This was very much appreciated; however it has now been 48 hrs and the product still appears to be out of stock. What is up with this?! I cannot possibly be the only person who received an email that the coffee was available and who is still unable to order it based on someone's inability to do his or her job correctly. Keurig, please look into this. I have already ordered the coffee from another source that had an up-to-date website and PLENTY in stock. This has been a very disappointing experience.
