I MUST share my experience--I had an order that got delivered to a neighbor who was out of town-i contacted Keurig-they promptly sent a replacement. while shipment was on its way my neighbor brought over the original order--keurig told us just to keep both orders--THAT is service !!!!
We have a Keurig K-Latte and love making decaf lattes with the decaf Italian Roast K-cups in the evening.
I would recommend this to a friend!

They’ve Changed the Decaf!

I’ve been buying this brand for years! Just bought four boxes and it’s different! Weaker and less flavor... I don’t know if they’ve reduced the amount in the Cup or changed the process, but it is overwhelmingly weaker and not as good! Now I’ll have to try to find a new decaf! Not happy!!!
