This looks great upon receiving but after it was on the floor a couple of weeks we see the chair wheel indentions, and have to nudge harder to move the chair around the floor. Not very happy with this purchase.

My carpet is on thicker side and I wanted the chair not to sink through the mat, this item works great. I notice that over time, these tend to crack, so I am hoping this brand does not do that.

I have purchased these chair mats previously, and the condition of the mats is not great. It has happened again with the one received today. They come with dirt all over them, footprints, and stickers that are difficult to remove. There is some cleaning and preparation involved before they can be used.
