The cap does not work

The design of the cap is a complete failure! Every time I use the product it squirts out around the cap and you end up with the product all over your hands.
Until the cap is replaced with something that actually works as it should I will not buy this product

Bottle Cap Makes Huge Mess

I love the way this product cleans...when I can get the cap to openly properly. Usually, the product runs out the bottom of the cap instead of the nozzle and makes a huge mess. This wastes a lot of the product. I get frustrated every time I use it because I want it to go under the rim and instead it plops down into the middle of the bowl. It runs down the sides of the bottle and onto my hands. Great cleaner, bad design.

Don't waste your money

Completely dissatisfied with this product/bottle design. Product ends up everywhere but under the toilet rim! I discarded the last two bottles (after tryng both) due to liquid not dispensing properly. It doesn't matter how you open it, it always squirts out around the lid and not thru the slot on the tip of the bottle! Don't waste your money!

Love the Product - Hate the Dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I agree with all of the other comments -- the product is GREAT, but the dispenser is terrible. Get a new dispenser and I'll go back to buying the product.

A Nasty Job Made Easy

I like the toilet bowl cleaner because it actually works!!! It clings and cleans so I don't have to. It makes one of the 'nastiest' jobs in the house easier to do.
Pros: Powerful cleaning, Deodorizes, Great stain remover, Disinfects, Good value

I use this for my toliets and also in laudry works great.
Pros: Easy to use, Whitens, Powerful cleaning, Convenient, Deodorizes, Great stain remover, Disinfects, Good value

Had to stop buying this - poor packaging

I love this product - cleans well, smells fine; but I have to stop using it because the last 3 bottles I bought have defective caps. The place where the cap joins the bottle leaks when you use it so the liquid cannot be applied properly.
I thought it was just one bad bottle but it seems they are all this way. Too bad!

Great product with a Terrible Top

I like the effectiveness and scent of this product, but the dispenser top only works on about 1 out of 4 bottles. Like others who have reviewed I end up letting the cleaner dribble out below the top then rinsing the excess off. What a pain. I may have to go back to Lysol just for the dispenser.
I said "No" to the recommendation only because of the top. Surly you can get a better top. You'd have a 5-star product.
