Using one of these is like drying your hands with a piece of tissue paper. If they are tightly packed in the dispenser and your hands are wet they rip into little pieces rather than pulling out as a complete sheet. The paper is stiff and has no softness. Inexpensive? Yes but remember you'll need multiple towels to accomplish what should just take one. You really aren't saving money with this option.

Happy.... Our office uses them all of the time. There are softer and larger towels out there but larger seems like more of a waste for "just hand washing" and softer is what you would want for home purposes not not necessary for an office.
