The flavor of the tea is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was complementary by Influenster. Overall the product is really good and is great for when you are sick to help warm you up. The taste of the to is AMAZING, I would recommend. Not only that but the tea is very easy to make all you have to do is grab a cup of water and stick the tea bag in then microwave for 1-4 minutes.In my opinion overall, the design of the packaging is very creative and green the product it self is amazing.

Not Green Ginger - formulation altered

I have purchased Regenerative Organic Green Ginger tea from multiple retail outlets, both in-store and online. The packaging—box and sachets—remains lime green, as expected. However, upon opening a tea bag, I noticed that the paper tag attached to the string is now orange instead of lime green, as it had always been in the past. More concerningly, the tea has a distinctly citrusy taste, similar to Sweet Wild Orange, rather than the familiar Green Ginger tea flavor I have enjoyed for nearly 20 years.
I now have 11 boxes of this tea, and the formulation is clearly inconsistent with the legacy Green Ginger I’ve relied on. This suggests either a manufacturing mix-up or an unannounced change to the original recipe.
I have repeatedly contacted Tazo via email and phone, urging them to investigate the issue through a quality and taste test. Unfortunately, they have yet to address or correct the problem, which is disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After purchasing the Organic Green Ginger tea bags I read the ingredients. Pear and peach juice concentrates? No information regarding sugar content in the tea! Disappointing as I am concerned with added sugar in my food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been loving the Tazo Ginger tea bags! The flavor is perfectly balanced — warm and spicy from the ginger but also smooth enough to sip anytime. It’s soothing on the stomach and really comforting when I’m feeling a little run down. I like that it brews strong quickly, so one tea bag goes a long way. I’ve tried a lot of ginger teas, and this one tastes the freshest without being overpowering. Definitely a staple in my tea cabinet!

The is not the Tazo Green Ginger I’m familiar with

I’ve been drinking Tazo Green Ginger tea daily for years. Today I opened a new box and it doesn’t look or taste anything like it. As another reviewer mentioned the tag on the teabag is now orange, so I’m not sure if it’s a production error or a product reformulation. If the latter, there is no flavor or visual resemblance to the original so it’s questionable why they would use the same name and packaging. I won’t be buying this anymore if this is the new version of this tea.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just to clarify, the change you noticed with the orange tag isn’t meant to signal a change in the recipe, the Green Ginger blend is still the same. We’re always working to reduce our environmental impact, and we recently switched to a more uniform tea tag across our varieties, which helps cut down on waste from outdated inventory. So now, the tea tag is white with a splash of TAZO’s signature orange.
