The 20 lb paper does not seem to work as well in our copy machine. We seem to have more issues with paper jams when using it versus the heavier weight papers. It works fine in printers.

This is great paper for everyday use. I print out a lot of emails at work - it's just easier to work that way. I'm still a little old school!
