good paper and great value $20 less per case than HP brand and Office Depot brands.

I noticed once I started using this paper we were having a lot of paper jams. I was having to remove the paper and put it back too often as well as having our technician out here on several occasions.

delivery not so good....................

The paper is a fine product...but the delivery...and this happens a lot... The guys that deliver the paper if I'm not at my desk they just drop it anywhere...in the hallway by my desk....they know where it goes.....and I find it to be really irritating..................When my things are delivered by ups they are great. I beleive it is the "on-trac" guys that aren't so good............
