cant write with any type of pen

I purchased a case of this paper and at first I thought it was my pens so I tried about 15 different pens on hundreds of pages and still cant write on them.. very horrible will not purchase again.

Paper jams constantly. Cannot print more than 5 Sheets with jamming. A waste of paper time and money
