The product is ok. Does what it needs to. Not too satisfied with delivery. It has a bend on the ine side which I hope will flatten out on it's own. The mat was dirty with footprints on it. Looked like it was on floor of delivery truck & walked on. Didnt seem to hurt it but was rather irritating to have to clean it before I put it on my new floor.

This product effectively protects my medium pile carpet. It dents easily but springs back at night I’m sure there are stiffer and maybe more adequatr for short pile carpet but this will do for the proce.

It creates dents where the wheels of the chair are. I have looked every where and it seems that nobody carryout when that really is good for thick carpets. Maybe that would be my invention to bring to the Shark Tank.

Cheap product cheap material looks nice but .... material is not stiff you can see and feel the dents that the chair creates on the mat and the chair wouldn't swing freely I think for the money I paid I supposed to get a much better product.

While the mat does protect the carpet and makes rolling the chair easier it gets divots way to quickly. With in the first 3 days already had divots.
