So I placed the order & the site mentioned I could get free two day shipping but my order didn't ship until 3 days later. Also the chair mat was shipped without packaging just the rolled up with packing tape & the shipping label taped to the mat leaving the adhesive residue on the mat.

The plastic mat is too soft. The chair wheels sink into the mat making it hard to move the chair
