The mat does not stay in place and the material is very soft so my 140# sitting in my chair makes dents with the roller feet and the chair gets stuck in the indention.

This mat is nice but not heavy duty enough for what I needed. I should have gotten one for medium pile carpets. It is purely my own mistake. The lesson is to be sure about what you need before placing your order.

My disappointment in the mat was in the way it was packaged when delivered. In the store the mat size I required was not available so I ordered it in store. The mats that I observed in the store had a protective plastic sheeting around it. The one I received DID NOT have that protective sheet and as a result the mat was filthy and scratched. I feel it was a return from a previous buyer. I did not return it because for $35.00 dollars it wasn’t worth the hassle. The mat itself is fine for the purpose and the space I needed it for.

My order was handled carelessly. One of the two items arrived damaged no packaging or wrapping. I paid a fee to have it damaged?? Not right.

I like bigger studs so the chair mat stays in place. Unlike my previous chair mat which shifted around. Also my chair rolls around better on this mat than my previous mat.

empty chair leaves dents in mat. you get what you pay for thought it would have been thick enough to not leave dents
