Won't stay in place....

I bought this one at the higher price for a plush carpet expecting it to have the long cleats to keep it in place unlike the one I already had which was the same thickness. Instead it has some nubs that are not long at all don't grip at all and are a real disappointment. I've even put the desk on top of the corners yet it still moves. The one I had before was no better but it was the same thickness and at [@] half the price.

Disappointed but you get what you pay. First use left deep marks in chairmat. My fault should have paid more for a thicker mat.

I've had a few mats and some lasted quite a while the last one I had only lasted a couple years. I'm not a heavy person so I never expect the mat to crack but the last one that I got at [@] cracked really bad. I especially like the edges on this mat. I have birds and usually the seed and feathers gather along the edges of the mat. This one stays down and nothing gets under it. I saw some complaints about dimpling but after using this for a week there has been no dimpling. I have a frequent visitor who comes and stays a few days every couple months. He weighs well over 330 pounds. He doesn't sit at my desk much but he does a little so that will be the test. If it makes it through his visit I'll be happy. If not I'll come back and let you all know.

I like the idea that I am able to roll my chair where as I could not on the carpet.
