It works pretty well. The chair glides smoothly over the surface of the mat. Only issue is it does tend to shift around a little on the vinyl flooring. So I just have to move it back into place every week to two weeks. So far I haven't noticed any damage or scuffing on the flooring beneath. It was pretty dusty when it arrived so I just wiped it down with a Lysol Disinfecting wipe on both sides before I put it down on the floor. Overall I am happy with it's performance and the floor protection it provides. I would recommend this product.

Lighter and easier to handle and place that some other carpet chair mats. Excellent life for the price 3-4 years!! Put 2 together to cover larger areas.

The mat works great to protect my hardwood floors against my wheeled office chair. It is made out of a heavy duty plastic which seems to be pretty good quality. Overall there appears to be no issues and I'm very happy with the product.

I wanted the least expensive chair mat none seem to last very long. I have had a staples brand mat before and it seems to last about a year which seems to be about the average before they start to crack. I am at my desk for about 9 hours a day in low pile berber carpeting. It fits nicely with my desk and doesn't seem to stick way out. The price was very reasonable considering they can run about $100 and still last only a year. All in all good price and good quality so we shall keep track of the life span of this one. Yes I'd recommend.

Not impressed. Small and flimsy compared to other mats we've found. On a plus it is cheap.

Purchased these mats to replace the cheaper ones. Might by a tad more than the cheap ones but haven't had to replace any of these yet. Seems to be more sturdy thicker and all together a better mat that stays flat.

This chair mat is great for the price. It doesn't hold up very long unfortunately we usually have to order 2 per year. It will crack and break apart after constant rolling over it with the chairs but it's great for the price point. You can eliminate buying 2 by spending more on a better quality mat but if price is a concern this is great for that.
