instructions on how to get the mat FLAT on the floor are not clear. So far (2 days) the mat is still folded.

The medium pile chair mat advertised in your store was not in your computer system to be ordered was told this one is just as good WRONG....THE MAT CONTINUES MOVE....DESPITE PEGS ON UNDERSIDE WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

Dents worse

Wrong decision ... thought a thicker chair mat would do a better job than the cheap one I had for years ... wrong! The dents are deeper and harder to get out of than the old one. I am in the process of covering it with plywood and a piece of laminate flooring I have left over from my kitchen. I will keep it on the rug under everything hoping the cleats will stop any movement of the finished product.

Pretty good so far

I purchased this mat to replace one that became brittle and cracked after only a year or so (purchased from a different vendor). I was pleased that the mat was delivered "unrolled" and not even a box (I'm a fan of minimal packaging) -- the delivery service brought it right to the door. So far the mat seems to be more flexible and pliable so I hope not to have cracking issues with it.
