Great Floor Mat for the price

I recently had bamboo floors installed in the my office and purchased this floor mat so I could still see the floor while protecting it. That is exactly what I got. It is large enough so I can move my chair to reach the file cabinet and easily enter and exit my desk. It also lets the beauty of my new floor show through.
Mats will do the job. Was concerned they were so crinkled but after 2 days spread out on a 95 degree garage floor they flattened right out. Wish shipper had at least rung the door bell when they were delivered instead of leaving them in a heap in the garage.
It's only been a couple of weeks...so far holding up

It's always difficult picking out a chair mat for thicker carpeting. The last ones we bought as staples were a bit thicker and lasted 2 years. They had cracked a lot...but we knew to expect that. We couldn't find the same thickness to replace them but I'm thinking that these might be better. Being just a tish thinner they bend and form better under the weight of the chair/person. The downside is that there are "divots" that the wheels get stuck in...but it's still better than trying to roll the chair on thick carpeting.
It is fine and because they had none in stock they put an order on the internet and it was delivered by parcel post at no cost to me. That was great and it came the next day or so. It looks great on my rug. The people that helped me were very good.
I ordered a chair mat for Low Pile Carpet from another source and it works great. I recently ordered a few more from Staples and we sink into the carpet. It seems that the chair mat is not sturdy/ thick enough to prevent the rolling feet of our office chairs from sinking into the plastic making it difficult to roll.
