DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY -- DOESN'T WORK!

STAPLES SAYS IT'S COMPATIBLE BUT THAT'S NEWS TO MY HP PRINTER. AND WHAT'S WORSE THEY WON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTING.

Installed the refilled 74XL cartridge and got my dusty printer back online. A few power cycles and the Deskjet was happy with the replacement cartridge. Will buy one again!

Even though told at Staples store that the cartridge would work with my HP printer. It did not.

Verified Purchase:Yes
Both cartridges arrived - not in one or two days ( as I was told) but in a week. This AFTER I was told that yes you had the right ones in the store and I had driven over to get them. Then after they finally arrived I installed them and ran the alignment page. Only printed black not color. When I ran a couple of copies light gray not dark black and NO color. I called the store expecting you to REPLACE them and send 2 new cartridges. Was told I would be called in a couple of days. NO CALL was made. I am NOT a very happy customer. .
