Morning friendly light roast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Pick Me Up Provisions Colombian Blend Medium Roast K-cups through the Stellar Product Testing Panel for review. The thoughts presented here are my honest personal opinions. I assigned this coffee 4 of 5 stars because I think that it is a solid coffee for first thing in the morning. The flavor is light with a fruity bright undertone to it that is more akin to a lighter roast than a true medium roast. The color is a lighter brown than the medium roast I usually use from San Francisco Bay Coffee. The flavor remained nice and bright with a bit of fresh half-and-half and no sugar. I generally prefer my coffees a bit darker and richer on the medium to medium-dark side so I wouldn't reach for this one as my go-to coffee based on personal preference. If you prefer the more acidic light coffees (think more on the side of blonde roast at Starbucks) you may enjoy these more than I did. Also as a personal preference it irks me that the packaging trumpets that these K-cups are recyclable when that is usually not the case. You have to peel the foil off empty the K-cups out and rinse them and even then most neighborhood recycling facilities can't accept them. This kind of marketing is deceptive but very common among K-cup manufacturers so it's not just Pick Me Up Provisions doing it. I think that it does send a mixed signal when the company is also talking about responsible sourcing and sustainability.

Good all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed this coffee it wasn’t too bland or bitter for me. It pairs nicely with a caramel creamer which is one of my favourites. It also works well just with milk too! The box they came in was super easy to open and the cups fit nicely into my pod holder. I love using the K-cups they are super easy and quick to make. I love that I can change up how strong it is by changing the size. But overall these have just a great taste. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this coffee.

Pick Me Up Provisions French Roast KCup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French Roast KCup coffee from Pick Me up Provisions boasts to be a bold smokey rich flavor and it does not dissapoint! The first thing I noticed was the robust aroma that filled the lobby at work as it brewed. Everyone was asking what it was and could they have some! The full-bodied earthy flavor hit my soul and gave me just what I needed to start my day. The dark profile is a perfect stand alone character for purist coffee lovers but also with the low acidity it pairs quite nicely in my oatmeal creme pie latte. I really love the convenience of a KCup that takes just a few minutes to make as well as the recyclable easy to read packaging. This coffee is also sustainably sourced which is very important to me since I care about the world I leave behind. I will definitely be recommending this coffee to my friends and I can't wait to try the other roasts from this smart brand. Delicious and Convenient Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The light roast coffee blend K-cups were incredibly convenient for me. As a busy mom of two these K-cups quickly brewed a quality flavor of regular coffee that I would get if I was going out to purchase a cup of coffee yet don't have the time to. The flavor is better than other regular coffee K-cups I have and while I traditionally have purchased flavored K-cups because the regular coffee ones do not have enough flavor I will be now be purchasing these moving forward. The flavor notes were light and not too bold but distant and flavorful not requiring a lot of additional add ins like sugar cream or milk. I enjoyed the coffee black and normally have to use extra milk or almond milk with my coffee. The design of the K-cup itself was lighter than some packaging and incredibly convenient making it easy to shut the lid of my Keurig machine and brew. The light weight packaging of the K-cup and thinner plastic also seems better for the environment while it will not puncture from being kept in a my coffee drawer and/or from wear and tear of opening/closing and getting moved around. The subtle and flavorful coffee blend did not come off too strong too roasted and did not have a burnt or crisp flavor that some light roast coffees I have tried do. It was distinct with a quality flavor that made me savor the sips and enjoy the overall experience versus how I normally drink coffee to just power through and keep awake through my day with all that I'm juggling. These K-cups took the mundane out of my cup(s) of coffee at home and provided a bit more of an elevated yet easy and not fussy experience. 5 stars!!

Quality Light Roast Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like a good light roast coffee much more than a dark roast. Pick Me Up Provisions Breakfast Blend Light Roast absolutely nailed it with theirs! The coffee brews very smooth and isn't acidic. It's got an uplifting aroma without being overdone. The flavor is bright yet mellow; perfect for waking up in the morning. I love all sorts of flavored creamers and this breakfast blend didn't overpower any of the flavors I tried like other blends I've tried. (My current creamers are pumpkin spice cinnamon dolce sweet cream and rice krispie treat for reference. I tried a different one with each cup to get a good idea of how it mixed. My personal favorite was the cinnamon dolce.) The convenience of being able to use a K-cup at home for my daily cup was great. Not to mention I saved money by not having to go to a coffee house for the perfect cup of coffee!! I highly recommend Pick Me Up Provisions Breakfast Blend Light Roast Coffee if you want a smooth and bright cup of joe to start your day.

Great K cups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really am enjoying using these K cups. I use them in my Ninja coffee maker and they brew just fine. I like to use the 10oz setting and I feel like that brews the perfect amount at a perfect strength for me. The French Roast flavor is great for those who like a bold coffee flavor which is a nice alternative to the many k cup options that are a light roast. I also really liked that the box came with the perforations to have the box open while standing up vertically on my little coffee bar. It makes it super easy to just grab and brew in the morning. Any mom with young children knows the value of that lol! The k cups are recyclable when emptied out after brewing.

Smooth and Delightful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as coffee is concerned I love a smooth and robust flavor. Pick Me Up Provisions French Blend Dark Roast delivered perfectly. So smooth without being overly bitter like some dark roasts. I only add cream or sugar if I can’t stomach the taste of my coffee and this was wonderful black. The simple design of the K-cup made this a coffee that was as easy to enjoy as pushing a couple buttons. So easy so wonderful so coffee!

Surprisingly delicious

So I was taken by total surprise when I actually loved the Pick Me Up Provisions Dark Roast. It is a strong blend without tasting bitter or heavy. I very much enjoy this coffee and appreciate the easy-to-use k-cup design.
