Awful smell

I’ve been using Bounty paper towels for years. They have been fantastic—-absorbing a lot and strong. I’ve noticed lately, though, an awful smell in the paper that only gets worse when wet. Please correct this—it is an unbearable odor.

We do want to share with you that because paper products are very porous and can absorb odors around them, it's possible they picked up an unusual scent during shipping, warehousing or if it was stored near highly perfumed or scented items. SELECT-A-SIZE CHANGED THE SIZE????

Bought the s-a-s years ago by accident and instantly loved it. Have used nothing but ever since. And now, after all of this time, you changed the size??? Simply put: it sucks. The other smaller sized sections were perfect. This new size is almost full-sized. Why market it at all? Please go back to the old version, it makes more sense.

Select a size does not rip

I have been a faithful Bounty customer but this time time buying the 8 pack has me super disappointed. I have a paper towel roll holder and TYPICALLY the paper towel rips at the precut size, this last batch I purchased every single rolls (8) didn’t have correct pre cut towels. I wasted all of them. I ripped and the roll landed in the sink OR I attempted to rip and the roll just kept going landing in my dogs bowl. Not sure what’s going on with the cutter but please fix!

Deteriorated Quality

At 80 years of age, I have purchased large multi-packages of Bounty paper towels for many years and have been pleased with the consistency of the quality of the towels. I was especially pleased with the issuance of the innovative select-a-size version, which cuts down on waste. Imagine my disappointment to find the deterioration in quality in my most recent purchase of a package of "6 super rolls = 11 regular rolls". Not only is the change in texture of the paper more course, the towels do not now tear easily or evenly. Very irritating!

Wasted Plastic

I don't understand why, with all the concern about our environment, you individually wrap each roll of bounty in plastic. I believe it's totally Unnecessary when a package of 15 is already wrapped in plastic. I think this is the colossal waste of plastic. Just my opinion. I will say that bounty is the only paper trail that I regularly use. I especially like the selecr-a-size option.
