Not the same product I have used for years

I am so very disappointed in your product. I have used Bounty for many, many years, however, you recently started applying more and more glue (or other sticky adhesive) to the starting sheets on a new roll. They are useless, the glue makes everything you wipe gummy and streaked. The previous rolls had about 2 sheets with the adhesive now more that 6 or 8 that are wasted. Are you making this change to have customers use more sheets, therefore the need to purchase sooner? I wanted to contact customer service directly but cannot find anywhere on your website for contact info other then you Q&A area.

jobs big and small this is the paper towel for all!!! choose the size you need and don't worry they hold up to the toughest dirt and grime! So strong and durable not to mention you can't beat the price!

Great for heavy spills!

This is my all time favorite Bounty Paper Towel, it is durable, holds up to spills well, and also did not have to use and waste so many paper towels to get the job done. My whole family uses this brand to clean up multiple spills around the home for kids and family special gatherings. I love the cute designs too.

Bounty is and will always my number one choice of paper towel,I have been using bounty paper towels for as long as I can remember, wouldn't change it for any other, I can clean up with it and I can also scrub with it and most of all great for wiping my hands or face thanks so much

Problem with perforations

I have been using these for quite a while and like the absorbent and the fact that if I don't want a full sized towel I can just pull off what I need. However, lately I have found that the towels don't consistently tear off, resulting in tearing. I think it might be time to resharpen your perforations tools.

This product has changed

I have been a fan of Bounty, and especially Select-a-Size towels, for years because they are extremely absorbent and a half towel is enough for many types of messes, so they save me money by lasting longer. I just bought some last week, however, and they feel completely different. They are not soft at all, but very scratchy and cheap feeling. Every time I use one, I am disappointed by the texture. If this is a permanent change in the towel, I will be looking for a new brand.

Bad Quality for Too long

I have no idea what has happened to the quality of your paper towels other than to say it has gone down substantially ! We have been buying the Multi pack of select a size for at least 10 years and for the past six months every pack we have purchased has consistently had very poor perforations. The towels rip diagonally or two sheets come off instead of one. Occasionally the winding run out is enough to stop the roll from turning on the holder and you have to turn it by hand. I am at the point I am going to go to another brand soon. Just thought you should know before others get tired of it as well. I worked in the plastic bag industry and I know these are very solvable quality problems.
