Poor quality cartridges - failed before out of ink

First time trying the non-HP cartridges and will be the last. They worked well for a short time and then had numerous issues consistently printing quality output. Ink was not even half used and I had to replace them. At first I thought my printer was failing but turns out it was the cartridges. I installed HP cartridges and printer is like new again.

The one star rating is only because I can't give zero. Even though the cartridge fitted into the printer carriage the printer rejected it with a message that it was defective. Had to get in my car and race to the nearest Staples store 10 miles away in order to buy an HP cartridge in time to meet my deadline. The cartridges have already been returned. Never again "TRU RED."

Staples remanufactured cartridge HP61

This ink cartridge was a total waste of money. My printer kept saying that I was using a counterfeit cartridge and wouldn't print. I had to throw it out and buy another.

I ordered a Tru Red ink cartridge and it did not work in my printer. I had to call the customer service number and have them send me a new ink cartridge. This is not my first time having to deal with Tru Red cartridges not working properly. I am disappointed.
