I have purchased non-original HP cartridges in the past because it was cheaper and when I installed it in my HP printer it wouldn't accept them because it was not HP. This cartridge was accepted by my printer with the message "Previously used". So I guess it is a re-used HP cartridge. Now I am waiting to see how long it lasts. It is supposed to be an "XL" cartridge so time will tell...

replacement cartridge not compatible as stated

it seemed like a great product and drop down list had my printer; however once received it clicked but was too large for me to be able to close the little door on it kept popping off ad would not print bc of error. sigh. Back it goes.

Remanufactured ink cartridge was only available on the website. It was delivered quickly and worked fine with no hassle.

Poor quality

We put a Tru Red remanufactured HP black cartridge in our HP laser jet printer. We got a “black cartridge problem” error. Took cartridge out put it in again same error. Put in another Tru Red black cartridge. It seems to be working. So 50% success? Definitely would not recommend this product.
