order wrong ones by mistake don't know how to ret

I ordered 61xl when I should have ordered 67xl there was no packing slip so I'm stuck with 2 cartridges that I can't use - I opened one and it went in copier fine but then error code popped up so I know I can't one I returned but sure would LOVE to return the 2 I can't use

Spotty and light

I believe I have an older printer model so when I installed the ink I did not get the notification that the ink was not genuine. The message probably shows up for newer printer models. After printing about 20 pages all of which did not contain a lot of text I am having issues with the ink. The color is light and some text do not show up. I ordered a replacement so let's see how that goes

Just as good as HP 61

This black ink cartridge was just as good as the HP 61 cartridge that I usually get and the price was great and so was the free delivery. All the people I dealt with at Staples were very halpful.l

I purchased and used this item succesfully. I ordered two more- both of them were incompatible with my printer. Unfortunately I had to return as a result and will not be purchasing again.

Worked great for maybe 50 pages

This cartridge is supposed to print almost 500 pages. After printing maybe 50 pages since we purchased it is out of ink. Frustrating to say the least.
