These were replacing our old Tru Red cartridges that never worked. These aligned and printed great with absolutely no problems!

Not compatible -- grrrrr

My printer will not print with this cartridge even though the printer is included in the list of compatible printers (HP Envy 5530). What a waste of money.

Caused an error message

The black cartridge failed to work causing an error message in my printer. Make sure you have back up cartridges if one fails to work.
