I purchased what I wanted. No Staples employees were available to help me other than a cashier and a manager who was not particularly interested in helping. No one was available to answer questions other than the cashier. I coordinated with another potential customer who had the same problem as me together we helped one another as well as we could. I found most of what I bought by myself.

I would not recommend this item if the chair on it has wheels. The plastic compresses under the chair wheels and the wheels get stuck in the depressions formed in the mat. I have another mat that I use with a chair without wheels and it works fine as you lift the chair out of the depressions when you move it.
