The mat arrived rolled up tightly in a box. It was difficult to unroll and required two people to finally get it down flat and under some weights. But once flat it has been a fine improvement.

Good for hard mat carpet - not the best for pile carpet as the plastic is too thin causing indentations which create ruts making the office chair hard to move.
