Love the product — BUT— YOU DID NOT HAVE IT AT THE STORE SO THEY PROMISED DELIVERY ON FRIDAY BU T AFTER 5 (FIVE ) PHONE CALLS AND 2 MORE DELIVERY DATES AND PEOPLE TELLING ME IT WAS DELIVERED I RECIEVED IT FINALLY ARRIVED ON TUESDAY AT 6:12 PM . good item although not as sturdy as it looks! it's the 3rd one I bought in 5 years as they crack through to the bottom. Also was told it would come in a box but left on front porch in the rain with no \box.

Bought this chair mat for my husbands study. He's in his study quite which means more wear and tear on the mat but it protects the carpet and holds up quite well. It's thick and very durable lasting for a long time.
