Quality will show with time but so far after a couple months so good. It stays in place well looks good no cracks nice design.

Small enough for small rooms but large enough to keep your chair off the rug. No slip even on the flimsiest of rugs!

I've used a lower price chair mat before and eneded up with deep indentations and cracks. This one is so much nicer. It stays in place well and doesn't get the deep indentations that the other one did. I haven't had it too long but based on my experience so far I expect that it will last a lot longer before any cracks develop.
