Ridiculous Claims!

Totally flimsy and far to thin to use over carpet as advertised. Chair sank into carpet on top of mat and wouldn't roll at all!! DO NOT order this to go over a carpet surface!!

For what I paid it was a good value. It's not as sturdy as some chair mats but it does the job decently.

The price of a chair mat is rediculious. Plan ahead and buy one with a coupon better yet buy one with a lifetime replacement warranty as you will use it. Rubbermaid use to make them.

I GLIDE

Chairs do not glide well on rugs. No matter what kind. It makes it easier to type when I have to move to get more materials while I am typing. I just glide to my materials pick them up and continue typing without having to move my seat or readjust it.

On a little thicker than 1/8" the carpet type chair wheels sank down into the mat so I needed to add a thin piece of wood under the mat. The mat is now stiff enough and has better wear resistant. The mat is thinner than most mats I've used in the office.
