Came with shipping labels all stuck to it. Took over an hour to get them off and the mat is still sticky. Very disappointing.

I have what I would consider a low pile rug and my chair rollers still sink into it making it a little difficult to roll sometimes. I had tried the low pile chairmat and it was horrible this one is better but not great .

The chair does not roll smoothly. It feels like you are rolling on a bumpy road and it takes a lot of effort to move the chair. Not at all what we were expecting.
