I use these for many purposes perhaps the most unique of which is to secure the plastic bag liners I use in trash reptacles so that it does not fall into the receptacle. They fit all containers from small bathroom baskets to large 12 gallon kitchen containers. I also use them to hold together magazines that I want to reain. If left loose in a stack they slide apart because of their slick surface. These rubber bands are sturdy and last a long time. I have not found them avaiable anyplace but Staples.

Big Rubber Bands

Your big rubber bands are the absolute best rubber bands that I have ever purchased. I have been practicing law for 30 years and use rubber bands to hold clients files together. Rubber bands of the past either stretched too much snapped or rot away. However "big rubber band" are the best quality rubber band I have ever used for my business purposes.They give me the confidence to hold even the biggest files together and they will not break under normal business practice. I am in the process of converting all my rubber band usage to "big rubber bands".

Unusual Use

These large rubber bands probably were not designed for what I use them for. I always put plastic bags in all my wastebaskets and in my kitchen rubbish basket. Prior to finding these rubber bands the bag often fell into the large kitchen basket or hung over the rim of small wastebaskets. These runner bands hold the plastic bag securely in any sized basket -- small bathroom baskets medium sized bedroom and desk baskets and large kitchen baskets. They are long-lasting although when used on my kitchen basket they become overstretched after 15-20 bag changes. The smaller ones last much longer.

I use these large rubber bands when my files are overflowing and I don't want items falling out. I have used the large rubber bands for many years.

I use these bands to hold all my plastic garbage bags in the garbage containers. I use them in every room that has a garbage container and at the campground in our camper.I have bought them for my kids to use in their houses and in their offices.
