My husband and I were looking for a band that would fit our recycling and garbage cans. The bands help keep the plastic garbage bags in place. Glad my husband found these.

Big Bands -- Big Value

I won't say that 7-inch rubber bands are something I use every day but when I DO need them there is nothing else that takes their place. I write books and I bought this batch from Staples recently because an editor at a prospective publisher of my latest book wanted me to mail two copies of the manuscript to him so I needed a way to both bind up each manuscript and to keep the two of them separately in the box I mailed them in. These extra-long rubber bands were not just the perfect solution but also just about the ONLY solution.

Hard to Find Extra Large Rubber Bands

Typically you have to buy about a million at a time to get any decent price on a per rubber band piece; while these are comparably higher in price; they are very strong durable & of high grade.
