Fed Ex notified me my order would be delivered to the store that day but when I got to the store no one knew anything about my order. When I returned the next day to check on my order the salesclerk still could not locate my order so she called a manager. When the manager arrived she check a notebook filled with paper copies of orders. She rummaged around on the counter and handed me a small cardboard with my name on the shipping label.
