as far as I know the ink cartridge that I got is just fine except for one thing – it does not tell me that my ink cartridge is full therefore it will not tell me when it's getting low as a regular Canon cartridge would.

Not worth the money

Not happy with this at all. I was told that this would be just as good as the name brand. It never reset the ink level on the printer and i probably only got 1/2 use out of it.

Ran out almost immediately

This ink goes in my smaller desk printer that I use much less than my main Xerox. Brand name ink lasts for 3-5 months. This cartridge lasted less than 6 weeks. Junk. Will not buy again.

not worth the savings

remanufactured product lasted only 2 weeks branded cartridges usually last a month. Also the cartridge never showed as full when initially placed in printer/fax. The machine indicated catridge was low therefore faxes had to be manually removed from que rather than automatically printing for those 2 weeks.

I installed the Black cartridge first and did not have to do anything special for my printer (Canon Pixma MX350) to recognize the cartridge and start printing. I will write an addendum to the Color cartridge when I have to install it but the prices were not out of line and I had forgotten how fast Staples ships it products. I think the Color cartridge will not disappoint but I don't want to mislead anyone.

I can print only about 25 pages and the ink was running out. Do not buy it!!!!!!
