I'm not sure if our machine just won't recognize that it has new cartridges in it or there is very little ink in these new cartridges but we are having issues with our printer since we put these Staples remanufactured cartridges in.

The contents are fine but the reprocessed cartridges do not appear as "full" when I print something out.
