OK so far with a minor problem.

I installed this a few weeks ago. It seems to print well so far. Since installing it there is an error message on my all-in one printer saying "low ink" and incoming faxes don't automatically print -- they get stored in the memory and I have to retrieve them from memory then print them. This is inconvenient. Staples customer support could not help me fix this and told me I could return the cartridge . I am keeping the cartridge as it prints well (so far). I am interested to see how long this cartridge lasts so I can decide if it is worth the price savings compared to the name brand cartridge.

As with most remanufactured ink cartridges the printer doesn't recognize the cartridge so it always displays low ink. On my printer Canon MX320 there are instructions on how to clear the low ink warning. It was something like when the warning is there you press and hold for 5 seconds the 'Stop' button. (But I don't really remember if that's the correct thing so check your troubleshooting function or manual.) But you still won't see any 'ink remaining' levels. My problem with the cartridge I got was that there are lines across the page every couple of inches or so. Kind of like when the ink is low. But it's not low and I've tried all the troubleshooting 'fixes' (cleaning etc.) but nothing helps. It could be that I just got a lemon so I don't know if I will buy this again.
