This mat does not stay in place. Even though it has grips on the bottom to grab the carpet it is constantly sliding around and if your chair caster sits too close to the edge of the mat the edges of the mat curl up.

The mat is not thick enough or hard enough. My chair still sinks into the carpet on the mat and it is still difficult to move the chair.
