It was too thin of material. Will return it to the store here in Yorba Linda Ca. The thickness should be noted on product.

The mat was fine but it arrived very very dirty it wasn't even wrapped in packing paper It had one strip of loose tape! Terrible packing It also arrived late not when promised. I had to wash it in the bath tub for at least 20 minutes-that's how dirty it was. Also had black scuff marks. Very disappoint with Staple delivery service. But the mat is fine now that I cleaned it up. It serves its purpose.

I purchased this pad for low pile carpet but it has a foam pad under it. Sitting on it with a chair leaves large dents in it. If you have a pad under your carpet I wouldn't do it. But if you have low pile carpet glued to the floor it probably will work. Actually it was better than I had The old one was cracked so bad that I was tripping on it so it is an upgrade

Terrible quality too soft so gets indentations

Terrible quality as the material is too soft and it develops indentations where the chair sits the most. Have another mat that is the same thickness that was bought from Staples around 5 years ago that doesn't have this problem so they obviously changed something.
