It is a pretty flimsy chair mat for the price. Just putting my desk chair on it and it dimpled before I even sat down in the chair. Needless to say you can’t roll around on it very easily.

This product is too soft. The wheels of my office chair sink into the mat creating pot holes and making it difficult to move my chair around.

The only thing I would change would be the thickness of the mat. My old one was thicker and the chair moved easier on it. I was impressed with the salesgirl and delivery of my mat. I would definitely recommend Staples and their service. I would also recommend the chair mat.
