Terrible product! replacing old mat the new one is so soft that after 5 minutes I could not move chair almost fell over trying to move chair

I liked best the young girl who helped me. She knew what was looking for so I don't wear out the carpet in my room. I forgot her name but she was a black woman. And she carried what I bought to my car.
