I liked this mat but after just 4 months, it's cracking in several areas. It also has a lot of chair memory dents which can be frustrating, but not the worst issue to deal with.

Just thicker vinyl. Chair wheels still sink into carpet. My old Staples mat was stiffer and lasted for years before it cracked.

The mat has dips where the chair wheels sit. It is a flat pile rug, but the mat should be less flexible.

Dirt on chair mat, label covered.

Im very disappointed in the chair mat. They pasted the shipping label right over the "read this before unrolling" instructions. There are black flecks of paint or something on the mat. Not a good experience by any means. How do i.get the instructions for unrolling?

The plastic mat is nice and thick and the nubs underneath it keep it in place, BUT it is very slippery on the upper surface unless you wear rubber soled shoes or slippers. My chair glides a bit too fast across the surface, too. I would suggest a more matte finish on the surface to prevent falls and slips.
